Neurodivergence support

Support that starts
with understanding.

People think, learn, communicate and experience the world in different ways. A one-to-one online session can offer space to discuss how those differences are affecting your wellbeing, relationships or daily life. Sessions with Sobia Kiran are available by audio or video.

Understanding neurodivergence

Different ways of being
deserve respect.

Neurodivergence is a broad term people may use when their brain works differently from what is typical. Everyone’s experience, strengths and support needs are individual.

This page provides general information and is not a diagnosis. Counselling does not replace a clinical assessment, medical care or specialist support where these are needed.

How counselling may help

Make room for your
own experience.

Counselling can offer a supportive space to explore wellbeing, practical coping strategies and the impact of everyday pressures without treating difference itself as something to fix.

01

Understand what helps

Explore your strengths, needs and the settings in which you feel most supported.

02

Talk through pressures

Discuss stress, anxiety, relationships or daily demands in a private conversation.

03

Consider next steps

Talk about practical strategies and when clinical, medical or specialist support may help.

Important information
