When you register, we collect your WhatsApp number, session choice, duration, preferred audio or video format, and your agreement to send the details to Sukh. For a first session, we also ask for your age and gender. For a follow-up, we ask for your session number and the name of your previous psychologist.
How we use your information
We use your details to review your registration, discuss the suitable audio or video format, arrange your counselling session and contact you on WhatsApp about your request.
How your information is handled
Your registration details are sent to the Sukh team by email through MailerSend and received in our support mailbox. WhatsApp is used for messages about your request. These email and messaging providers process information as part of delivering their services.

Our website includes links to WhatsApp, social media and other external services. When you visit those services, their own privacy policies apply.
